Celepedia Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales and marketing efforts to promote and sell advertisement packages on Celepedia Media’s platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target potential B2B clients and advertisers, including brands, agencies, and businesses within the media industry.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote Celepedia Media’s advertisement packages and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and potential leads.
  • Utilize a combination of outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to engage prospects and generate leads.
  • Arrange and conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Celepedia Media’s advertisement packages and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to develop tailored promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, communication, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best practices in media sales and marketing to continuously refine sales strategies and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of advertising sales principles, including media planning, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to potential clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close sales in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to achieving shared goals.
